Redeem a SportScheck gift card: activation, balance and returns

Enter a SportScheck gift card in the German online store during the fourth checkout step, “Payment”, under “Redeem voucher”. The operator accepts up to three gift vouchers per order. A new code may not work until 24 hours after purchase and the next Bavarian business day.
How to redeem a SportScheck gift card
- Open the German country store at sportscheck.com.
- Add the products to your basket.
- Continue through address and delivery to the fourth step, “Payment”.
- Open “Redeem voucher”.
- Enter and confirm the first code.
- If needed, repeat for no more than two additional vouchers.
- Verify the deducted total before placing the order.
Collect the current €25 SportScheck gift card from your Payticon order page after payment is confirmed. The Payticon code is assigned to the German store.
Why does a new code not work yet?
SportScheck says that redemption is available no sooner than 24 hours after purchase. It must also be the next business day, with Bavarian public holidays taken into account.
A delivered code can therefore initially appear invalid or inactive. Check the purchase time and calendar, wait until both restrictions have passed, and retry. If it still fails afterwards, send the error message and order number to support.
Do not mix Germany, Austria and Switzerland
SportScheck binds gift vouchers to the country store in which they were bought. A German voucher belongs to the German sportscheck.com store and is not automatically enabled for the Austrian or Swiss checkout.
Currency and domain alone are not enough to establish compatibility. The country assignment of the specific code is decisive. The €25 variant offered by Payticon is active for Germany in the product data.
Can several SportScheck vouchers be combined?
Yes. SportScheck accepts a maximum of three gift vouchers per order. Enter them one after another in the same payment section.
With three €25 Payticon codes, gift vouchers can contribute at most €75 to the order. The operator’s gift-card page does not promise one additional payment method for every case. Follow the methods actually displayed by the current checkout.
Remaining value: a new voucher by email
When credit remains after the purchase, it is not retained on the used code. SportScheck automatically issues the difference as a new voucher and sends it to the email address used in its store.
Check the spam folder after completing the purchase and keep the new message. The original code is not the reliable source for the remaining amount after redemption. Cash payment is not available.
How long is the gift card valid?
The operator states three years of validity, with the period beginning at the end of the calendar year in which the gift voucher was bought. Record the purchase year alongside the code.
This rule applies to the gift card. Promotional, Club and loyalty vouchers can have different dates, exclusions and combination rules. Confirm the voucher type before transferring any condition to it.
Returns and the replacement voucher
For a return, SportScheck issues the returned amount originally paid by gift voucher as a new voucher and sends it by email. It is not paid in cash and does not have to appear on the previously used code.
A mixed payment can be allocated through more than one refund route. Check the refund confirmation and retain both the return receipt and new voucher email. If the new code does not arrive, provide SportScheck support with the original order and return numbers.
A gift voucher cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed. Keep a forgotten code for a later purchase.
