- Pay any outstanding balance with another method offered at checkout.
Cyberport’s description of this voucher type does not state that a universal additional PIN is required. Enter only the label and string identified as the voucher code or registration number in the specific card details.

No partial redemption: plan the basket
Cyberport applies a gift voucher once and for its full value. If the basket costs less than the voucher, the difference is not paid out or retained as a remaining balance.
For example, using a €20 voucher on a €16 basket leaves €4 that is not reimbursed. Add another eligible item or choose a better-fitting value before purchase.
If the total is higher than the voucher, pay the remainder with another available payment method.
Can several Cyberport vouchers be combined?
Cyberport allows multiple gift vouchers in one order. Its current information page does not publish a fixed maximum. For a large purchase funded by several codes, enter them one by one and check the order total after each is applied.
Personal vouchers and promotional vouchers have different rules. The ability to combine several gift vouchers does not establish that every discount or campaign code can also be added.
Online, telephone and store redemption
The current Cyberport voucher information lists online orders, telephone orders and all Cyberport stores as redemption channels. The variants sold by Payticon are marked for Germany; redemption on another country domain is not promised.
For a telephone order or store purchase, keep the code ready but never post it in a message, review or forum. Anyone who knows the code may be able to use the transferable voucher.
When does a Cyberport gift card expire?
Cyberport describes the deadline as the end of the statutory three-year limitation period. This should not be simplified to “exactly three years from the issue date”. Check the current conditions and any details attached to the specific voucher.
The voucher does not earn interest and its value cannot be paid out in cash. Ask Cyberport support about an older card before planning the purchase if its status is uncertain.
What happens after a return?
Cyberport’s general help discusses refunds, but the voucher page does not publish an unambiguous return method specifically for purchases funded by a gift voucher. Do not assume that the amount will go to a bank account, payment card or replacement voucher.
Before returning the order, ask Cyberport how the gift-voucher-funded portion will be repaid. Keep the order receipt and voucher details until the case is complete.
