€10 or €50 Ernsting’s family gift voucher

Payticon currently sells a digital €10 or €50 Ernsting’s family gift voucher for Germany. After payment is confirmed, collect its 12-digit code from your order page. The current official redemption flow does not ask for a separate PIN.

Online redemption: DHL and one voucher

Add the items at ernstings-family.de or in the app. For an online order delivered by DHL, enter the code in the final “Review & order” step under “Redeem voucher / discount code”.

The current FAQ allows one gift voucher per DHL order. Choose the denomination with the intended basket in mind. If the voucher does not cover the total, checkout displays the available remainder-payment option; this page does not promise a specific method before it is shown.

Store purchase and store collection

For a purchase at a German store, present the voucher when paying at the till. The same process applies to an online order delivered to a store and paid for on collection.

Several gift vouchers can be used for these in-store payment flows. This differs from direct online payment for a DHL order, where the one-voucher limit applies.

Eligible items and delivery costs

The official FAQ says the gift voucher can pay for all articles except the purchase of another gift voucher. The terms also state that a voucher is applied to delivery costs incurred on a DHL order.

Do not confuse the gift voucher with a promotional discount code. Discount codes can have their own time, product, combination or minimum-order rules and do not cover delivery costs.

Remaining credit stays on the voucher

If the purchase costs less than €10 or €50, the unused amount stays on the original gift voucher. Keep the 12-digit code and use it again for a later eligible purchase.

A voucher cannot be applied retrospectively after an online order has been paid. Enter it before placing the order and verify the deduction in the summary.

Validity and code security

The current Ernsting’s family FAQ tells customers to observe the validity period on their specific voucher but does not publish one universal deadline for every card. Do not substitute a reseller’s general five-year statement or calculate an expiry date without the code data.

The voucher can be transferred to another person. However, Ernsting’s family says a lost or stolen voucher cannot be blocked or replaced. Share the complete code only with the intended user.

Returns after voucher payment

Goods can still be returned after full or partial voucher payment. For a return made at an Ernsting’s family store, the official FAQ describes cash reimbursement or a reversal to an EC or credit card that was additionally used. It explicitly says the value is not credited back to the gift voucher in that flow.

For a return through another route, ask support which refund path applies to the order. Do not assume a replacement voucher because the published in-store rule works differently.
