Payticon currently sells a digital €10, €20 or €50 Cyberport gift card for Germany. Once payment is confirmed, collect the code from your order page. This offer is distinct from the €25, €50 and €100 values currently promoted in Cyberport’s own online store.
The voucher is not personalised and may be transferred. Treat its code like cash and share it only with the intended recipient.
Redeem online, by phone or in a Cyberport store
Cyberport lists three redemption channels: cyberport.de, telephone orders and all of its Cyberport stores. Online, the “Redeem voucher” field is in the first checkout step directly above the order total. Enter the voucher code or registration number and check the applied amount before placing the order.
The variants sold here are assigned to the German market. Redemption on another country domain is therefore not promised.
One-time use with no remaining balance
Under the current terms, a Cyberport gift voucher is used once and for its full value. Partial redemption is not available. If the goods cost less than the voucher, the difference is not refunded, so choose a value that fits the planned purchase.
If the goods cost more, pay the outstanding amount with another method offered at checkout. Cyberport also permits multiple gift vouchers in one order; its information page does not publish a fixed maximum.
Validity and cash payment
Cyberport describes validity until the end of the statutory three-year limitation period. That is not a promise of “exactly three years from the issue date”. The current terms and the details of the specific voucher remain decisive.
Cyberport excludes cash payment and interest on the voucher value. Its voucher page does not publish an unambiguous gift-voucher-specific refund method for returned goods.
