How does a Zalando gift card work?

Once Payticon confirms payment, you collect the code on your order page. Redeem it on the Zalando website for the card’s country or in the Zalando app before placing an order. Using the voucher does not require entering bank details, but buying the card from Payticon still follows the shop’s normal payment process and requirements.

Zalando says a gift card is usually activated within 24 hours of purchase. Code delivery and issuer activation are separate stages, so a newly delivered code may need time before Zalando accepts it.

Choose the variant for the correct country

Payticon currently offers different values for its two active regions:

• Poland: PLN 50, 75, 100, 200 and 400, for zalando.pl;
• Germany: EUR 10, 25 and 50, for zalando.de.

Do not choose a card solely by language. Its region and currency must match the Zalando market where it will be used.

What can the Zalando card pay for?

The card can pay for eligible products related to a person’s appearance, such as clothing and footwear offered by Zalando SE or Zalando Partners. It does not cover the whole platform catalogue: it cannot buy another Zalando gift card, and the checkout determines whether a specific item is eligible.

How to redeem the code

1. Collect the code on your Payticon order page.
2. Sign in on zalando.pl for a Polish card or zalando.de for a German card, or use the matching app market.
3. Add eligible fashion products to your basket.
4. Enter the code in the account gift-card section or during checkout before placing the order.
5. Check the amount covered by the card and confirm the purchase.

The code cannot be added to an order that has already been submitted.

Multiple cards, unused balance and regional limits

Several cards can be used in one purchase, but the transaction cap depends on the country:

• Poland: up to PLN 900 in gift cards per purchase; an individual card is also capped at PLN 900;
• Germany: up to EUR 200 in gift cards per purchase; an individual card is also capped at EUR 200.

Both regional terms set a monthly limit equivalent to EUR 5,000 for cards used or linked to an account. Any unused amount remains available for later eligible purchases.

Validity, security and returns

Cards in both countries are valid for 5 years from the purchase date. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and Zalando does not reimburse a lost or damaged card, so protect the code like cash.

The amount paid with a gift card for a cancelled order or returned eligible products goes back to the gift card and can be reused. For split payments, Zalando first charges retained eligible items to the card; any remaining refund follows the other payment method.
