Where and how does the adidas card work?

Not every retailer selling adidas products accepts the issuer’s card. Before visiting a store, check the current list provided in adidas Help. Show the electronic card to the cashier in a participating store, or enter the number and PIN during checkout on adidas.pl.

The card does not work at an independent sports retailer merely because it stocks adidas products. It also cannot be used to buy another gift card.

Expiry, balance and split payment

An adidas gift card is valid for three years from its purchase date. After a partial payment, the remainder stays on the same card for a later purchase. Check the balance online or at a store that accepts the cards.

If the basket costs more than the available balance, pay the difference with another method accepted by adidas. Available payment options may depend on the channel and order.

How many cards can you combine?

One adidas order can use up to five gift cards. Add each one separately using its 19-digit number and 4-digit PIN.

How are returns refunded?

When an online purchase paid with an adidas gift card is returned, the amount goes back to the same card and keeps its original expiry date. For a split payment, the terms provide for a refund to the other payment method first. If several gift cards were used, the refund may go to one of them.

Keep the card number after shopping. It may be needed to check the balance, pay again or receive a refund.
