What does an active Empik Go plan include?

Empik Go provides e-books, audiobooks and podcasts. Current plans differ by title allowance and the number of devices that can be used simultaneously. Go Standard allows three titles per billing period, while Go Smart and Go Max have no title limit. A title may leave the catalogue when licensing changes, so check the official catalogue before buying longer access.

Device limits depend on the plan: the current FAQ lists one simultaneous device for Go Smart and two for Go Standard and Go Max. Kindle is counted separately.

Empik Go on Kindle and other e-readers

Supported PocketBook, inkBOOK, Bemi and GoBook readers use an app specified by Empik. Kindle requires the Empik Go desktop app on Windows or macOS and a connected reader. You can transfer up to 10 new e-books to one Kindle in a billing period. Audiobooks and comics cannot be sent to Kindle, and e-books require periodic synchronisation while access remains active.

Check the current supported-device list before purchase, as compatibility depends on the model and software version.

How to redeem an Empik Go code

1. Collect the code on the Payticon order page.
2. Go to empik.com/gofree and enter it.
3. Sign in to an Empik account or create one.
4. Review the displayed plan, period, code expiry and payment terms.
5. If the page asks for a card or recurring-billing consent, approve it only when it matches the terms of your code.
6. Confirm activation and sign in to the Empik Go app.

Empik’s official FAQ says gift-card and prepaid codes do not require a card, while many promotional codes do. In the latter case, paid recurring access may start after the promotional period unless it is cancelled. The activation screen for the particular code is decisive.

Giving an Empik Go code as a gift
