Validity: How long do I have to use the code from the email?
Each code has its own specific expiry date saved on the confirmation. The time to enter the characters on the phone is set by the operator. After this deadline the code completely expires and will not top up your account.
Account extension: How many days of validity does an entered Orange code add?
This time depends on the top-up denomination and the plan you have. Topping up a number with PLN 50 extends the validity for outgoing calls by exactly 93 days. The cheapest PLN 5 top-up gives just 2 days of validity.
Top-up: What if the package costs more than the code I bought from you?
You need to buy another code and enter it from the phone keypad. The smartphone keypad cannot take the missing remainder using a BLIK code or a fast bank transfer. The system will work correctly after entering a second top-up and accumulating the required amount on the balance.
Combining: Can I use several different e-cards in a single transaction?
Yes, you can use as many codes on one account as you need. You enter them on the phone one after another. Each subsequent correct use of a short code simply adds a new amount to your main Orange wallet.
Remaining funds: Do I have to spend the full amount at once?
The rest of the money safely stays linked to your phone number. It works like getting change at a physical store. If you have PLN 50 on your account and your package renews for PLN 35, the remaining PLN 15 will be taken only in the next billing cycles.
Limitations: Will I settle a contract subscription bill with the paid code?
No, this digital product is used exclusively to pay for prepaid numbers. You won’t pay with it for the monthly bill for a traditional mobile contract, instalments for equipment bought from the operator or home fibre internet.
